A healthcare veteran and dynamic speaker with nineteen years of service to her community, Joan inspires students through high-energy, relatable messages that build self-esteem and resilience. Her mission: to help every young person dream bigger, lead boldly, and live with intention.

Education is more than a goal—it’s a promise we keep. When students get what they need, the data speaks.
